Beta Support

Frequently asked questions

If you’re testing the WhaleWatchR beta and have questions, this is a good place to start.

What is WhaleWatchR?

WhaleWatchR is an institutional-grade on-chain intelligence stack that scores wallets, maps counterparties, and highlights smart-money behavior so research, risk, and trading teams can move before the tape catches up.

Which blockchains and assets are supported in the beta?

The beta focuses on a curated mix of EVM majors, leading L2s, and the assets most actively traded by smart-money cohorts. Coverage expands every sprint, but please treat today’s scope as a preview rather than the final catalog.

Do you ever need my private keys or seed phrase?

No. WhaleWatchR only ingests public blockchain data or read-only inputs you provide. Keep your private keys and seed phrases offline—nobody on our team will ever ask for them.

Is this financial advice?

WhaleWatchR delivers technical and on-chain telemetry. It does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You remain fully responsible for decisions made with the data.

How do you handle my data?

We only collect the minimum data required to operate the beta and protect the platform. Review the Privacy Policy for full details on processing, retention, and your rights.

How much does the beta cost?

The current beta is free for approved early-access teams, but usage limits may apply and pricing can change as we approach GA. We will always notify you before switching to a paid plan.

How can I report a bug or request a feature?

Share detailed feedback via the feedback form or email [email protected]. Screenshots, wallet IDs, and timestamps help us reproduce issues quickly.

I need a specific feature or integration – what should I do?

Tell us through the feedback form. We prioritize the roadmap around what early users request most, so the more context you can provide, the faster we can slot your use case.
